Muhammad ‘Afis, my PT at AFBUCentrePoint Afis has been an incredibly supportive, grounding, and deeply inspiring trainer for me. Knowledge & presentation skills Afis understands my goals, he does an excellent job at explaining to me how I’ll be able to achieve them. Very ‘science’ based, he teaches good ‘form’ to enable effectiveness. The importance of proper activation to achieve ‘Full range of motion’. I now understand why I do what I do for each exercise I’ve taken two packages since and find that with his method of teaching, I’m able to understand a few fundamentals which was an eye opener such as: 1. For strength, quality is more important than quantity, meaning lifting heavier with proper form is key. 2. Training near failure is good for muscle growth 3. Trust the process : work out consistently & results will show 4. It is what it is : If health is priority, there’s no other way but exercise which will encompass all areas of life.
