Actually, there should be someone answering the phone calls. Can't be no one answers the phone call for 2 consecutive days. I had to make my way down only to find out that they don't provide the service I needed. Wasted my trip here. Could have prevented if they have answered my calls.

When we walk in the shop the both male promoter saw us just ignore us. Even we walk past by they didn't even look at us. Need to give Ms Aslinda a 5 star service, she saw us after entertain another staff straight run to us and serve us and we did buy a watch from her

although i didn't buy anything this time as i was just checking out info about buying additional strap, my friend was trying out few watches n the staff are very helpful n friendly. i dont usually drop reviews on google but i just felt like doing this as an encouragement. thumbs up to the staff manning the shop.
