I just called today to book an appointment for hair treatment. Your store states it closes at 9pm, so it's fair to book at 7pm. I have to work until 6 pm, so you cannot expect me to come early. Very unfriendly!! Will never visit this branch there are other stores in Sunway Pyramid that accept my reservations.

I did hair wash and blowdry here and I love the end result. Salon is very spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly, especially Yoshini, she did very good job and very experienced. Will definitely come back if im in KL
