I can say confidently that service provided by staff is superb. Able to resolve the problems encountered in using my existing phonak hearing aids with ease. She is also polite and listen to my problems relayed to her. Definitely happy with the services provided. No regret in choosing Audio Lab to purchase my hearing aid piece.

I brought my grandma here last weekend, it was a great experience and the woman audiologist ( i think her name is fatin) , there is extraordinary! She was very sweet and helpful. Even my grandma can’t stop talking nice about her till now ; )
