Disappointed with my recent visit. The Sausage Nuggets Pretzel was burnt and had a bitter taste, which suggests it wasn’t properly checked before serving. Also, the staff didn’t seem approachable and didn’t respond when I asked a question. Hope to see improvements in both food quality and service.
