I would like to report a statement that I did withdraw RM500 on 13th Aug at Bank Muamalat (jaya one branch) but it was unsuccessful. Today, I went for withdrawing money and found out that the transaction was successful. It means that I didn't get the money but transaction successful. Please repair the ATM machine!!!!

I think this is the only bank that is backwords. In order to make a car full settlement, one has to go to the branch fill up a form and ONLY AFTER 1 week, you will get to know your figure. Riddiculous. This is STONE AGE service. Never will take a car loan from them EVER, even if the interest is appealing.
