Don't bother eating here as the air conditioning always brake down! Ice cream tastes good though. Can takeaway of course!

I'm not sure whether it was just my luck or what, but the air conditioning was always broken, and the employees, including the supervisor/manager, were really rude and disrespectful. Instead, go a branch that is further away.

Staff not friendly & limited stock in store , Ice cream looks not hard enough before buy , after took away back home only 10 minutes distance with dry ice cube the but ice cream start melt even I put in fridge for 15 minutes something wrong …

The ice cream all were melting inside the freezer. So disgusting. Taste of the ice cream was so bad. And the staff were not friendly at all.

Blue sorbet ice cream tasted super sweet without smoothness at all. The other nutty ice cream my sister had tasted equally bad as well.

Slow, inefficient, ice cream not even full, inside full of air with pink, they used to dig it and put more but now increased price by 10% and filled with more air. Not worth it.

Do not go here unless u want to eat a soupy ice-cream. Fix your freezer!!! Seem like it has been for quite sometime already.. all the ice-cream are melted!!!

the staff with glasses is very nice and polite. he served me in the nicest way possible. ice cream tastes good!
