Dear Baskins, this outlet of yours is truly horrible. Waited for close to 20 mins only to be told off by your staff by the name of Faz that she can't take any orders as she is overwhelmed with the online orders. You cant just push away patrons just like that. Either you increase your staffing or teach dear Ms Faz how to handle stress and manners on how to speak with customers.

Depending on the time and their mood, staff can be enthusiastic/friendly or just very tired/sleepy. Baskin Robbins ice cream tastes the same at any outlet tho.
