so disappointed with the services..should be first come first serve..i order 4 pint and they do so slow..and they prepared the order after and after me first..mine is delay until i ask when mine will be prepared..so frust..never come here again..bad services BR ever..

I often buy ice cream from Baskin Robbins and usually add Oreo toppings. However, this outlet was disappointing. They gave very little topping, and when I asked the malay lady staff about it, she said I had to pay again to add more toppings. The malay lady staff attitude was not friendly!!!

I had the Jamoca almond fudge, single regular cup. A nice sugar boost after a long day at the Curve. Cashless payment via ShopeePay. The server looked tired. A suitable location to relax as the seats and tables are alright.

Lousy service, not enough staff. I understand that they are understaffed and i patiently queued up but when it was my turn she ask me wait and serve the other customer BEHIND me and I asked her 'we no need queue up ?' She say she saw them …

Horrible service. Regular scoop is small just because it is with a deal?! And the ice-cream is half melted. What is there to enjoy melted ice-cream? Tuesday June 30, 2020 at 4:50pm. Yeah the guy is working all alone so maybe he is stressed but as a customer, I pay for the ice-cream and should get good ice cream.

worse service! worse BR outlet! I was there first but HE wanted to serve the big family that came after us! We we’re already queueing for payment because we had chosen the flavor already and the family before us taken almost 10 minutes to choose! Not really a clever person on the counter there. Mine only took a few seconds to make.

poor customer service. We wanted to order but staffs were chit chatting. When i went to call nicely for the staff (malay short tan skinned), she have the audacity to turn around first and roll eyes to her friend before serving us. Rude. 2 stars only for the ice creams.
