Walked in to seek assistance to screw in a lens that popped out. Calvin/Kelvin was at hand to offer that assistance. Not only did he find a appropriate screw, which I misplaced, he "oiled" the joints and cleaned my spectacles with no charge!. Thank you Calvin/Kelvin.
