The staff at bungkus kaw kaw Centrpoint BU are not only slow in taking and preparing orders, they are rude too. If they are not happy about their job (understaffed or underpaid or whatsoever), they should tell their management, instead of ignoring the customers and making comments at the customers.

I like this place! Great food at great prices (a little small on portions but it’s ok) with awesome staff. Another plus is no crowds, long queues and wait times. The nasi lemak rendang, roti bakar set and drinks were so sedap! Especially loved the teh tarik with strings and strings of grass jelly!

The nasi lemak quality doesn’t justify the price. The roti bakar kaya is too sweet and the bread isn’t prepared well. The coffee is also overpriced for the quality. Overall, not worth it.

VERY POOR SERVICE EVERYTIME!!! slow and workers are bot attentive to orders. Don’t understand why and what are keeping them busy. It’s only 9am and barely 5 people queuing yet it takes 15 minutes to pack 2 nasi lemak!! the management needs to seriously take a look into this matter
