Visit this branch earlier this week. The front desk lady is friendly and helpful. Settle my card within 10 minutes. Recommend to come early in the morning after open (9.15am) to avoid queue and save your time. I enjoy my visit here. Thanks.

I came on Friday during lunch time break, the process of renewing my debit card went smoothly just go to the 'welcome' counter no need to pick up queue number, got my card in less than 15mins. Bring your IC and OLD debit card.
