Bad quality shoes from Clarks. Rubber dislodged within few days. Went to their branch to exchange and they said will feedback to us and took away the receipt. Till now more than a week, still havent received any calls from them. Called their outlet but ghosted!

Big thanks to Fikri at CLARKS 1 Utama! He was super helpful, explained the promo clearly and when the shoe size for my girl wasn’t available, he arranged it from another branch. He even texted me personally to remind me to collect the shoes the next day. Really appreciate his effort and great service!
