The staff is very knowledgeable and provided useful tips to take care of my suede leather bag. My bag was stained by water and after the cleaning, the water stains is not too visible anymore. Very happy with the results

I sent in a handbag that needed new stitching. The employees were nice and helpful. They explained what was to be done to fix the damage, and how long it would take. They also updated me once the reparation was done, which is convenient. The reparation itself was incredible! It was not noticeable at all; my handbag looked brand new!
