Poor service, staff work too slow.. Just want to buy done packed handroll also have to queue. Should set up counter for customer just want to buy done packed sushi, not queuing up for 20mins just for pay rm5 handroll.

The staff here are extremely rude. Customers come to buy, not to be treated like your friends. Without customers, your company wouldn’t even survive. The service is unbelievably slow even though there weren’t many customers at all. Doesn’t Empire Sushi train their staff on how to deal with customers?

I believe this is one of the best sushi because its crowded most of the time. No seats available and you have to queue inorder to buy.
