Feels a little taken aback by the customer service. It was not a good experience. Although the store was empty, it was difficult to get someone to assist you.

Went for the first time yesterday and was very happy with the warm and welcoming staff. Mr. Shaharudin attended to us and was extremely knowledgeable, fair in his suggestions (wasn't trying to promote certain brands) and very friendly. Glad we've found another electrical shop we can confidently go to and also recommend. Thanks!
