The service attitude absolutely needs to be reviewed. Halfway through explaining the medicinal herbs, the server went back to the counter to chat with two colleagues there. There weren't many customers in the store at the time, and this ridiculous thing still happened. -.-

Unsatisfied shopping experiences at this branch; cashier lady was keep on rushing & did not listen carefully what we told about on the payment. Make a wrong payment & did not proactive to pre inform on the campaign that ok going with Sunway. Please do train well your staff with good attitude although there were crowd in store

The staff at the cashier there very rude and not patient at all.when I asking about the promotion price for the soup again.very sad and very dissapointed. I won't back to this outlet next time. He even raise up his voice to me.

Although Eu Yan Sang is a long-established brand, my mom doesn't like it because she says it's expensive and the food isn't good. I don't mind the price as a gift. The problem is that it's expensive, but there's no service. The service is mediocre, and they don't give you a red envelope (cash gift). It's like this every year. I remember one year they wouldn't give you one unless you asked. This year, when I asked, they said they didn't have any. I really need to buy from another store from now on. *Every year I forget that the service at the Sunway Pyramid branch is worse.*

Because I was diagnosed with Covid-19 and couldn't go to the store to buy anything, the customer service representative patiently helped me prepare the goods and arrange delivery to my home. So thoughtful! ♥️

Updated in January 2024 Shopping for Chinese New Year 2024 hampers and gifts. They have a decent multi tier display in their store and a bigger variety at the centre courtyard. I was well attended to at the day of purchase.
