I am very upset. This is my first time purchasing a Firefly ticket and I have already encountered such a problem. The website showed “experiencing very high level of demand,” and I also received an email stating that the payment has gone through. However, I have been waiting for many days and still haven’t received a booking confirmation. My credit card statement also shows that the amount has been charged. I waited a long time on live chat but received no response, and there is no email or phone number to contact either.

Do NOT EVER FLY FIREFLY. I bought specifically to fly from Subang Airport. Not only did they change the KL-SG flight to KLIA, but the flight waa delayed 3x from 630pm to 930pm to 1145pm and now to 0055 the next day. Not sure if this plane is flying at all, so despite the budget status, this is the absolute worst. DO NOT EVER TRY.
