A young staff call Marcus very rude and hard sales, when customer don’t buy the computer after his introduction, he will say customer is an unsuccessful person and curse on customer, feedback to HQ also didn’t apologise or take action to customers

Last time I pay 500+ to fix my laptop not even two month the problem is come up again. Then give the people see just take out my laptop and just wipe the dusk only. Don’t know what is the point that I pay so much to fix useless and disappointed and also crack my screen when he fix another time poor service
