These crew will make you wait to even take orders here. No queue still wait until have to ask 4x if can order. No wonder tealive has much higher traffic and sales

I visited the Gong Cha outlet around 5:35 PM after work on a Thursday, and it was a pleasant experience. The barista was polite and accommodating when I asked if he could prepare my drink in my tumbler, as I had my hands full with groceries …

The taste is not as good as other Gong Cha outlet, the pearl tasted weird, a bit powdery, the Winter Melon Tea which is supposed to be unchanged is too sweet? How is that possible if we can’t adjust the sweet level? Throw it away after a few sips as it is too sweet, such thing never happen in other Gong Cha outlet.

Ordered Signature Taro Milk but got a very diluted version. I’ve always ordered this drink but never received such bad quality before from other Gong Cha outlets.

Drinks are tooo sweet even after i request for half sugar. When I complaint the staff only added more ice to dilute it!

Went on Saturday (5 nov). Waited for atleast 15 min on the counter, the waiter didnt even bother to take my order and i am the only customer there. So rude! Called him a few time but still ignore me.
