Great place to live in. You have the train near you, the shopping mall downstairs, bars and restaurants, and more.. However the doors security is too much tiring.

One of the best places in KL/PJ I've ever stayed at. Above a medium sized mall which does not cause traffic congestion. The security is great and the facilities are 4-5 stars. Pool is huge, tennis court, playground, barbecue pit, games …

Great place to live. Direct access to Tropicana City Mall and convenient trips to Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Uptown Damansara Utama, Damansara Jaya, SS2. 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest MRT and easy access to highways leading to Kuala Lumpur.

Great place. Not fully occupied by the merchants, but quite a lot of unique events. The apartment above the mall have great view, but noisy at night.

Parking is a bit of a problem but the location is decent to get around in the area.

TCM is a big spacious mall. The supermarket is massive and well stocked. You can watch a movie, visit a dentist or do your regular shopping. Many retail outlets and quite a number of food outlets.

terrible sound! sound coming from the water piping above. Needed to ask the guard to manually switch it on off to get rid of the annoying high frequency sound. Even the guards are tired. No one is fixing this permenantly at all. I can't wait for my tenant agreement to expire. Stupid place
