Alhamdulillah had a great experience today. I came to update my expired account. I arrived at 9am and had to fill few forms. At 915am, my number was called at the counter. Hope this service will be great continuously. Thank you.

Came to update my phone number. Thought its going to be simple enough. However the front counter lady is very condescending and not a people person. Asked me to fill up a long form. She then gave me a que number which she earlier said that she can update my phone no at her station. I thanked her and left.

I came around 9.15am on Thursday 29 aug 2024 and finished around 9.40am. I did came about one - two months ago and it was packed but that was during haji time so maybe that's why other commenters gave such low stars.
