Maybe can considered to add more staff. Or else your employee will become even grumpier. I visited on 2/11/2025 , somewhere around 6.30pm, there's only one male staff with all the parcel. Ya, I understand you will need some time to arrange, so I walk away to shop around after the staff tell me to wait for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I come back to the store, there's only one customer inside using the PC, so after he deal with the customer, turn to me and ask what do I need. I tell nicely, that I need to do some printing and return parcel, but omg, the face is like so fed up and ask me to wait outside til he call. Then I'm like, ok then. I'm not willing to wait for a bad service, so I just walk away, once again and never return. Well, I'm not gonna visit this branch anymore, your staff at Mont Kiara Branch is way better than here 🙄

Staff are very friendly and nice. They have good manner and will explain clearly to customer inquiries. Have clear info outside the shop so that customer won't drop off wrong courier service parcel.
