Only positive experiences. I opened a PO box there to get packages while I am in KL and the staffs have been friendly and punctual with text alarms etc so I’ve been getting mails with no problem. I recommend this place if you’re an expat who doesn’t have concrete address in Malaysia. It’s been really helpful.
