The staff here counter number 4 is so helpful. I walk in for help. Because my maybank2u been block due to password login. Here is only for credit card but she help to call customer services Maybank

Don't understand the need to seperate card issue. Only credit card issue akan dilayan here. You have debit card issue? Go travel jauh lagi untuk selesaikan issue tu

Convenient go-to place when I need to settle things regarding my credit card as they are open till night and weekends. So far the service is pretty good and the staffs are very professional.

This bank branch doesn’t even deserve a star. I had my card cancellation done here last year. And today, i was charged SST on my credit card (that was supposedly cancelled)! And when i call the Customer Service hotline, they had NO RECORDS of the cancellation request from 1U. Basically a fake Maybank branch ?
