This is the most honest review I’ve ever written. I’ve never been treated this way when I asked politely. But I was responded to with an attitude that showed no willingness to work. The female staff who gave the number at the counter was very rude.

Went in to get my debit card change since it expired. Waited an hour and it’s still not my turn even tho there’s only 5 numbers ahead of me. There’s only 2 counter to serve the most demanded services whereas there’s 6-7 counters to service other items and there’s no que on those type of counters. Is this how you utilise your resources?

Terrible experience, waited for 2 hours for only counter cash deposit. Very inefficient and slow. Staff seemed unbothered and taking their own sweet time.
