No option to give negative star, otherwise I would have given a -5 star. Let’s not talk about the waiting time, 40minutes to make one iced mocha, understandable. But the taste of it worst than their staff’s attitude.

Ordered an Iced Lychee Berry without ice and received a cup that was only about one-quarter filled. This is not acceptable for a paid beverage. Removing ice should not result in such a small portion. Very disappointing experience.
