I would rate the service 0 stars due to the unpleasant experience I had. The Indian lady cashier was extremely rude, and I strongly suggest that you provide training for your employees. I will never return to the Mr. DIY store at Paradigm again

This cashier old indian lady is so rude. She treats customers differently. She is very rude and has no respect for customers at all. Isn't it the store's responsibility to refund money? If there is no refund, why do they accept cash? She even accused us. It's very frustrating.

A good range of everyday household products, tools, stationery and plasticware to name a few. White label items and unfamiliar brands, not necessarily of a more differently enabled quality. It all depends on your outlook and ingenuity in life. Essentials, which won't burn a hole in your pocket, if you're savvy. Great hunting ground.
