First time pre-order a new figure in this shop, However take stock back home only realised that the box is opened before, they replace a new crystal clear tape right on the old tape which make you hard to see. I doubt the seller's honesty. They should inform customer which the box is opened before.

Highly recommended for the reasons below: 1. Really good price point 2. Got a faulty figure (not their fault) and they were kind enough to hold on to a new one to exchange with me without any sur-charge

Customer service is slow. I order 2 units of GiJoe Figure (Hasbro G.I. Joe Classified Series 6 inch #117, Techno-Viper). Only 1 was delivered. Figure arrived ytday and i’m still waiting for my update for the missing figure. I probably will shop there again because of the discounts but i be worried about customer service.
