A good place to hang out with family and friends due spacious and calm environment. Love the teh tarik and chocolate drinks. The food is also great.

My friends and I usually come here for breakfast. The atmosphere is calm and perfect before starting work. The food is good, though it gets very busy during lunchtime. The staff are very attentive.

Thank you to the staff that is very attentive as help us to place the other as soon as possible so we can get our food to break our fast. Service time is also appropriate.

I visited OldTown White Coffee for breakfast on 21st September at JayaOne branch. I placed my order and made payment at the cashier at 9:36 AM. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, the Signature Fried Rice was served—but it was missing the prawns shown in the menu photo. Another 15 minutes passed (during which I repeatedly asked about my order, as the wait was unusually long and most of the earlier customers had already left). Eventually, the Mee Siam with Fried Chicken arrived, followed by the Vegetarian Fried Meehoon. I managed to take photos of the last two dishes, but unfortunately, the Signature Fried Rice had already been eaten by the time they were served. Both the Mee Siam and Vegetarian Meehoon were disappointing: the Meehoon came with just noodles and two slices of cucumber, and the Mee Siam was simply noodles with fried chicken—far from what was depicted in the menu. It’s clear the menu images are purely for visual appeal and don’t reflect the actual dishes served. I regret not taking a photo of the menu to show the stark difference.

Friendly staffs but slow and quite long time waiting for our foods till the staff had to say sorry. Not so crowded or many people but i dont know why service was slow. Hainan chicken rice okay2 but not so wow.
