Best experience ever. Once ask help from the blue uniform staff to assist for my cat's food with good quality and did good job. Staffs (blue and red uniform) all good and very friendly. Assist very well. Come here to grab things for my cats and guinea pigs. Good quality product.

Cost pet shop in the basement of Pardium mall .it has a lot of things for your pets .I found plenty for my cats .their prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly

Around 7.50pm-8pm, the service was very disappointing. There was a female staff with short hair standing at the side like a security, not helping at the counter at all. All the work was handled by the Indian male staff — managing Grab orders and serving walk-in customers by himself. The female staff did not assist at all, so I don’t understand what her role was. Management should monitor staff performance better and ensure teamwork, instead of letting one staff handle everything. Waiting for long ? (I put the 5star cause for the boy only)

When I arrived the shop at 9.40pm, they saw me walk in to the shop, but they insist they already closed and doesn't allow me to purchase anything from the shop. Poor services ever in my life.

Open 10am to 10pm but close 30 minutes early and open late good timing please change to actual time

Really disappointed with this store. In google says store open till 10pm. I need just one item urgently and i Came at 9.40pm on 07/03/2023 but the female staff rudely said store is closed and system already sync so can’t sell anything.
