Based on my personal experience, i am very disappointed with this Philips smart door lock. One of the most basic and critical safety features of a smart lock is to notify the user when the door is not properly closed. In my case, there was no notification at all, even though the door was not fully shut. This resulted in a situation where the door remained improperly closed for an entire night without any alert, which I only discovered later. For a product that is marketed as a smart and secure solution, this defeats its main purpose and raises serious safety concerns for everyday users. Additionally, the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I reached out multiple times to report this issue, but did not receive any response or follow-up. As a customer, this lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable. If a customer is comfortable with a situation where a door may not be properly closed and no notification is given for hours or even overnight, then this product may be acceptable to them. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest reconsidering. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product. ⚠️I hope you will handle my concerns with sincerity and responsibility. It is disappointing when customers are left without proper follow-up after a product has been sold. I believe good service should not end at the point of sale.
