The staffs did not allow us to sit outside the store, and said unless the seats in the store are fully occupied. But in the store, the air conditioner is not functioning which resulted the dining experience to be unpleasant, humid and have oily smell. Why we are not allowed to sit outside the store?

Standard of foods are nice but not as the old days. Sadly the restaurant had no customer service from staff to manager. No greetings, no smile. Only quiet serving. Even no one welcome us at the entrance when we had stand there for more than 5 mins (restaurant was only about 20% crowd).

Worst dine in experience in pizza hut paradigm mall. Unresponsive staffs, packages ordered (pokemon set) not delivered as ordered. Children's dissapointed. Marketing one & delivering total rubbish. If not keen on serving customers.. kindly closedown. Let down of appetite experience.

The food was nice, but I especially wants to note that Mr.Fared did an excellent job as a one man show. As an all rounder in the outlet to serve all the customers. Much appreciated on his work.

Self ordered via app or QR code. It took so long time to delivered. Mango shake tastes like banana shake with vanilla. Mac & cheese is not what we expected. Not creamy. Pizza is oily and they cut not proportion. But the place and ambience is nice especially the wall art.
