Strategic location. Near to PJ Hub, located in the middle of PJ to Puchong / Keeping LDP. Direct-link to the Paradigm Mall (which is just next door). Low density project, good for own stay. However, the developer team need to improve the defect repair handling. It took more than 90 days to do the repairing.

I don’t find it luxury. For this price, I’m expecting it to be classy. Surprisingly the developer fixed all white lightings along corridors and all common areas thus making the whole building doesn’t look classy and cozy. This is the first time I see a so called luxury condo with white lightings. The developer has very bad taste!
