They couldn't repair my phone,they say want to refund miney to my account that take time 14-21days but not I'm waiting about 1month the money still don't comes to my account.

This company no longer provide repair service for Sony smartphone. The only Sony service centre in whole goddamn Malaysia is at Plaza Berjaya, named Ixsun Sdn Bhd, which sucks af. Us, new Sony smartphone users with warranty claim are doomed.😬 …

Fast service, infomative and friendly staff. My Sony Experia M5 get fixed in less than a week. Can check the service status at their website. Parking are plenty. Easy to access via Federal Highway. Traffic is ok if you are lucky or come at the right time. The downside is it only open on weekdays but that's not a problem for me.

Replacing sony z2 LCD cost above RM900. If add GST and labor charges will be more than RM1000. Warranty only 1 month. Not worth at all. Bought the phone year 2014 for RM2500. Now resale value RM300.
