I was looking for one eye shadow more for travelling ( small size) Came in here and bought 2. Sue Teoh, makeup artist was gentle and patience. She explained very well and assisted with the eye shadow make up. Love it❤️.

The service attitude is very good. Cindy is very patient and explains in detail how to use the product. She also helps with color swatching. The whole process is very comfortable. It makes me have a deeper trust in Shu Uemura. I will definitely come back next time.

I was really pleased with the makeup service I received at the Shu Uemura counter! The saleswoman was very professional and listened carefully to my needs. She helped me find the right makeup look for my skin tone and face shape, and even taught me a lot of tips. The whole process was very thoughtful, and I felt the brand's dedication.
