On 13/7/2025, Sunday 3:30p.m. nobody was at the counter to take my order. I heard staffs laughing and giggling at the back LOUDLY and said "bodoh" to each other which i dont think is appropriate for customers to hear. not coming again. i just left without buying anything cuz i waited way too long, no one was coming.

Dissapointing.. One of your childish staff (male) angrily slamming the table top in front of me and my family just because I ask politely to take second order. I decide not to post his pic here just for the warning. Please hire staff that have good attitude for god sake. (1/5/24 - 8:32 pm)

very noisy, staff was blasting music i was waiting for 10 minutes for my order to be taken. yet when i ordered the staff can still sing in my face??? the one with the mustache abit chubby. cookies also very keras. what kind of staff u hiring subway?

Enter the shop before 9.30pm, nobody at front. Suddenly someone came out after 9.30pm and says the already closed at 9.30. All ingredient still at counter. Come on bro, if you serve me, it just take less then 5 minute for take away. I've for you is more longer than 5 minute. 10 June 2025 9.30pm. Owner francise please take not.
