Can be good, when they fulfill the corrrct order. But the last 2 times I ordered (on grab), they got my order wrong: once with melted cheese (when I asked for no cheese) and most recently they inexplicably sent a salted egg chicken sandwich when I ordered spicey Italian. Hmm…

Staffs in paradigm mall handling food not wearing face masks while working. The staffs ignored me when questioned. Why isn’t this regulated at your premises?

There was a cockroach in the glass…… The food containers were super dirty and i could see crumbs falling inside the vegetable. The worst is, when putting the sauce, the residue of other sauces were dripping onto my sandwich. Workers are so bloody rude and they don’t care at all.

I had my Subway meal happily today. There was an Indian boy and girl. They were very friendly and helpful. They prepared my food just the way we wanted. Fast, clean, and polite service. Will come again!

To the staff of this restaurant if you don't want to do your job properly please resign. Ordered in grab from your branch and the wrap you made falls apart before I even open it and the drinks spilled because you squeezed to big cups in to a small plastic bag eh you got brain or not?
