Depends on the timing, weekday confirmed less crowded and before 6pm. Staff were attentive when you want to request another set. But the parking at 1 mont kiara underground parking was hellish. The entrance to underground parking was so narrow.

Very disappointing experience at Suki-ya Mont Kiara. Staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. They overcharged my kids even after I showed proof of age, with no apology. Also tried to charge extra for leftover food even though we barely left any food. Not about the money — it’s the attitude. I won’t visit again.

So far the meat is tender, a good buffet spread for the price. Lunch is cheaper, not much different from dinner spread. Here come the new supervisor, he put 1 person and 2 person at a double hob table. There are others with bigger number of pax having to walk away.

Your staff are incredibly arrogant, acting like they're the leaders. No one will proactively clear the plates, and they're reluctant to order meat. The soup had already boiled dry, and no one came to add more. We had to call a waiter to add soup to one pot, and they didn't add soup to the other pot for another ten minutes.
