Aunty & uncle helped me do custom bouquets (2 sets) after I just showed her a single reference picture and explained what I needed, colour palette, when to use etc, all in 30 minutes. I ordered for last minute wedding ceremonial chairs deco. She made one left set and one right set, without me asking. And I am happy with the end product. She provided everything but the cloth, ribbons all included. And even taught me how to properly tie them onto the chair, showed me in person, made sure I understood. There was sufficient water, and she even gave extra mist for the flowers before I rushed off. The price is on the higher range as it's shopping mall price. I'm not sure what the other reviews are going on about, but aunty is very direct, maybe they took it as being rude. But I've been buying from this shop since 5 years ago, and I will continue to do so. Side note: I only have bought fresh flowers and cards from here.

Disappointed with the service for the despatch /delivery man. He tarnished the company reputation & service. A very rude & impatient person. He need to understand the whole concept & actual motive of the industry. Certainly NO NO NO... !! …
