Unfortunately even it says open 10am don't come before 10h30am as they aren't ready to serve you at 10h15am, still need 15 minutes to be ready. Best to change opening time to 10h30am or train staff to open on time.

It's ok, just like any other Tealive, but this Kiosk is run by foreigners. I assumed the last was local, but she, too, was Myanmar. The drinks were great, not too sweet. Price is also reasonable.

Ordered for picked up. Caramel cookies were nice and refreshing. I ordered sago topping which enhanced the flavour and nice soft texture. Stall looked clean and tidy. Not all outlet have this drink.

Their Milk Choc Shaka Lava is the best here! It's right in the middle of the mall and easily be seen even if you're at the end of the mall. The service is quick and the drink is great. Sadly there isn't any place to sit and enjoy your drink but it's amazing for a drink to go. It's super wheelchair friendly.
