The plastic that seal the cup did not seal properly. When I pook it with straw , the plastic drop and the drink splits all over me.

Long q. After being in line decided to abort the intention to purchase as realized majority staff not wearing their mask. Lots of chatting also making service a little behind par.

Where is your staff?.. outlet left unattended and "out for toilet" placed on the counter. It has been more than 10 minutes not sure since when and until when.. how come only 1 staff maning the outlet

Around 5 staff for a small stall, yet inefficient. Person taking my order asked me to wait as he turn and talk for awhile, before taking my order. Staff gave me my change at the side even though I am standing infront. Unprofessional. …

For the month of August, it has the promotion drink RM6.70 published, ( with the my digital id) . However here it says unable to give this promotion. Other tealive store no problem, only this outlet. Disappointed.
