The MyDigital ID kiosk is not working at this Tealive and the staff said it's been a month since the machine broke. How inconvenient is this.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a simple grass jelly milk tea (1 cup only) and they took 20 minutes to make it. Customers that came after me about 5 customers even got their orders before me.

I tried to redeem grab dine out and was informed by the staff that there was a case where a customer could not redeem due to some reasons. This staff is unsure whether it is settled and claimed she already reported to grab. I tried my luck since I am already there and she refused to release the drink claiming there is a price discrepancy. I reported to grab immediately. I feedback to her that I am doing her work by reporting to grab. If the voucher cannot be redeemed at this outlet, why is it still reflecting on grab?

DONT BUY FROM THIS OUTLET - 👎 QUALITY I agree that this outlet doesn’t deserve a high rating. I ordered for pickup, but the staff didn’t even realize my order was made through the app. Instead, he was busy washing the basin. The most disgusting part was that after touching a dirty cloth, he did NOT wash his hands and directly make my order! I honestly felt like walking out, but I held back my anger. To make things worse, my milk tea tasted basi (spoiled). I felt completely cheated and scammed—how can your milk tea taste old??? I had already been considering giving up on this outlet because of past bad experiences, but today has definitely confirmed it—this will be my last visit here!

Of course the service is slow. We have one working and one using phone. Guess the manager is not around to supervise their staff. Please take action against those who slack. Customers in front of me leaving because there’s only one handling the cashier and making the drinks while the one other slacks away with their phone.
