Always packed with people. Even when I crave Tealive, here is not my option because have to queue long way to go. As I'm really lazy to go to the other outlet, then I just joined the queue but it was not that long and thankfully all services quality is okay, quite fast. Keep it up the quality of working.

Purchased Digi redeem, wana claim on last day before expire, said system offline, ask me go other branch...Infact, this shop always offline. Called customer service, said will settle, but never reply. Whole system sucks
