Hall 7 has poor sound system with the audio being cut multiple times for more than 5min each time. They should not screen movies in this hall.

Overall, ok. But not many staff were there to assist you. Even the F&B counter only got two people working. Slow service and no one monitor customer’s breaking SOP i.e no social distancing, lower their mask.

The cinema offers a premium, immersive experience with really comfortable seating. This is my go-to place for fun and retail therapy. Highly recommend

Lovely cinema, huge screen and comfortable seats. I'm afraid the sound is too loud for me so I bring ear plugs!!

A good customer service experience really goes a long way. Abang Saiful took the extra mile today by coming over to introduce the current CNY promotion to us. Although we didn’t end up getting the combo, it was still a very pleasant experience.
