Service out..table all full of food containers the staff never clear it until we said don't have place to sit because all table have food containers..just have 2 staff boy at counter n 1staff woman at back sit n do paper work.. the place not busy..

Coffee is great. Service is excellent. Adam was very polite and well-spoken, and any special requests were taken into account.

Worst experience ever at this outlet. I was told I needed to wait an hour for a takeaway order, which is absolutely ridiculous. There was no proper explanation, no urgency, and the service was completely unacceptable.
