Extremely rude staffs. They should receive proper training on how to speak to customers. Never going back there again. "When asked for extra ice or water and the reply from the staff was that I'm busy can't you see".

I waited 15 minutes just to be told that the Pandan Gula Melaka Tiramisu for Two wasn’t available. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order, only to find out they treated it as a pickup instead of dine-in. No cutlery was provided for the cake, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I won’t be coming back here again.

This is one of the better Coffee Bean outlets with outdoor sitting, especially on Friday nights with live music playing from the outdoor restaurant directly below. Sadly it is closing down permanently and Mont Kiara might be the last outlet …
