Same like the previous reviews, they intentionally do not process the RM500 deposit refund for more than a year and many reminders from me until i filed for tribunal

My kids enjoy the class there, and they improved a lot.. i highly recommended sensei Suba for her excellent teaching. She is incredibly patient, understanding and always take time to ensure that students fully grasp the material.

Good for early brain development. Sensei Gaya is an amazing teacher and my daughter loves her Shichida class. Joined since Jan 2023

It was good while it lasted.. There is a management change in the center that caused all good senseis to leave and replaced with new senseis who are inexperienced and not as attentive as the ones who left... I don't know what is going on …

Avoid this place at all costs! My kid has been with Shichida for about a year plus, it was all good until all their staff and management team resigned. We also decided to withdraw from Shichida back in December 2023. Up until now, we have yet to receive our refund. I have been communicating with the school via calls, texts, emails, to no avail. They keep promising to refund by this and this date, but the amount was never refunded. What a shame.

I've withdrawn from class since July 2024. September 2025 now and I have yet to receive any refund, despite multiple rounds of contacting them through different channels..they just keep replying with "will check with relevant team and get back to you" and never does.
