What is the point of having this store if cannot even do account termination or even a number that works. It's exhausting as a customer to find another store that can do it.

This is an official unifi store but also it isn't. Don't waste your time. I need to cancel a subscription cause I'm moving and they can't even do those basic services. Waste of time. Suggest u find a different provider or location.

The staff is so confused. I don't know what to do, we just call everyone to ask. There must be a boss. Can he say call 100 himself?
