Don't know whats happened here..2 employees behind the counter 1 on his handphone and the other watching U tube videos. They were unable to clarify our questions. Requested us to refer to their service center as they were only dealers...reminds me of Perodua.

This store is dealer, not an official store. The women at the counter was very rude, showing her dont care attitude to customers, she even cannot solve the basic problem, not giving any solution. End up I just emailed Umobile care. Please do not come here to do any transaction, I highly do not recommend this store.!

I came here to change from another telco to umobile. Came in the store to nobody greeting but someone ‘hiding’ behind the counter, was already a bad impression when other telcos around on the same floor look so lively and service staff …

The staff literally wait for me to leave as he was waiting outside the store. He immediately close the shutter from the outside as I stepped out the store. Note that this happened at 1.20pm Just close the store if you dont want any customer
